Our operations workforce is the heart and soul of our business. We are currently looking for a Regional Business Development Manager - Remote. Market specific to Antioch, CA only. Residency can be anywhere in CA (Tracy, Sacramento, etc.)

Job Description and Requirements:

The Regional Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, engaging and selling new customer business. In addition, management and development of existing accounts, relationship building, customer retention and growth, liaison internal/external between both organizations. Develop and/or manage leads resulting in new business in all industry segments.

  • Develop and maintain a diverse and balanced pipeline
  • Develop and/or manage existing customer accounts  
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at the customer level
  • Full customer management responsibilities from on-boarding
  • Autonomous work ethic
  • Represent 48forty developing networks and establishing 48forty as solutions provider
  • Represent 48forty in all facets of professionalism
  • Utilizing solutions, match potential organizational capability to various needs as identified by customer base

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain or other equivalent academic disciplines
  • Formal sales training preferred
  • Minimum of at least three to five years of experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative thinking
  • Consultative selling techniques
  • Problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Supply-chain knowledge
  • Superior computer skills and MS Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) are a mandatory requirement
